American Braces

At Lilette's Orthodontist they have a reward system involving "beach bucks". They give Lilette beach bucks for cleaning her teeth well, wearing her elastics as instructed and for wearing her "Thompson Orthodontics" T-shirt to her appointment (word of mouth advertising, I'm sure):

For Christmas Santa gave Lilette an American Girl Braces Kit. Complete with braces to place over her doll's teeth, headgear (which wehope Lilette never needs), an pretend electric toothbrush, and retainer case:

Lilette took American Girl doll to her next orthodontist appointment wearing a braces sticker and the office thought that was pretty cool. A few days later Lilette received this letter:
