Standing Back Tuck

In order to try out for the Mountain View High School Varsity cheer leading team in May Lily has to be able to do  standing back tuck on the hard floor by herself. Lily has been working on her back tuck on the trampoline at TNT Allstars. Now Lily has moved to the cheese mat. Now she can do a back tuck on the cheese mat without a spotter.
