Catching Up

Much has transpired in the past week. Here's a quick run-down:

Saturday - Beth's family got together for a big family picture this Saturday. While we don't have pictures from the actual photo shoot, here are the "after" pics from going out after ward to "Fudruckers" (a burger restaurant). The kids were stir crazy from sitting still for pictures by the time we got to the restaurant so there were several major spills. Here's me (Brian) cleaning one up:

Here's Lily and her cousin Rossalyn at the "girls" table:

And Miles with his cousin Nate at the "boys" table:

And here's most of our happy group:

Wednesday - Beth (according to her own words) "went to a fun lecture on 'Shopping Your Own Closet' at the Riverton City Library" this past Wednesday. I was torn that I could not go. It sounded riveting. Here is Beth with her favorite local, non-political celebrity who gave the lecture, Alisha Richmond:

Monday - The kids started swim class for the year this past Monday, and we did some weeding in the yard for Family Home Evening. Here is Miles (on the right) with his buddy Zach:

And Lily with her friend Brooklyn.

And here are a couple of small patches of flowers in our front yard. They look nice now, but they won't last long so Beth took a picture to prove that there are short periods of time when our yard has some pretty flowers in it.

Brian I got a kick out of seeing you in the middle of the picture in the Fudrucker's that was plastered in UTE paraphernalia (thank you spell checker).

Oh how did the shop your own closet thing go? I would love to go out with that lady sometime, but would die if she saw my closet, I am holding onto things I shouldn't!!

I wish I could have a one-on-one with Alisha Richmond, too. She gave some good advice on recycling old clothes. I need to get organized & give a lot of things to charity.

You guys are always up to something fun! Just one more reason why you are one of my very favorite families on the planet!
