Miles has been a big fan of Mozart's "The Magic Flute" since the Summer when he read the book "Moonlight on the Magic Flute" by: Mary Pope Osborne.
He and Lilette have been watching clips of the Opera on You Tube.
Then 2 weeks ago Miles came home from school with an ad saying the Magic Flute was playing at BYU with special discounts for students. So we went last night and we had a lot of fun!
Here are Miles, Beth and Sandy waiting for the performance to begin:
We sat in the balcony so that Miles could have a good view of the pit. He counted all of the violin's and cellos:)
