Piano Recital

Today was Lily and Miles's piano recital. They both had practiced a lot and did a great job. Lily went first and played "Capriccio (Rage Over a Lost Penny)" and a waltz.

Then Miles went and played "Camel Ride" and "Fine Musicians".

You'll notice that Miles also never looks at the camera because he is too afraid he is going to miss something elsewhere off to the side, like keys jingling or the reflective surface of something shiny. Two words: easily distracted. Anyway, afterwards we all went out for ice cream (even though it is cold and rainy outside) because they had done so well and had worked so hard.
